It was a beautiful time-out with the people living with disabilities as they celebrated their international day at JDPC. Mrs. Ossia gave the opening remark that disability is not exclusion. The Director felicitated the persons with disability in a grand style with singing and dancing with them. He told them we are all children of God weather young or old, white or black, abled or disabled, we are all created in the image of God therefore we should always praise God.
There was a panel discussion with the conclusion that people with disabilities should participate in politics and to be involved in governance, they cannot be elected in hiding.
